The payments process is automated. The platform will collate information about the previous week’s shifts. With a press of a button you can send invoices to all the clients that used your agency. The client has the duty to pay your invoice within the agreed timeframe which is usually 7, 14, 28 days. As you send the invoice to your client, our system will automatically send you an invoice for our commission as a vendor platform which has to be paid in 7 days.

The short answer is “No”. But… we limit how many staffing agencies we allow on the platform. For each client/care provider we allow a maximum of 7 agencies. We also limit how many staff agencies can use on the platform. These two measures encourage an even distribution of the requested shifts.

Our main clients are: Care homes, Private Hospitals, Domiciliary Care Providers, and Supported Living Providers. 

If you are a care provider it can be as fast as one hour. If you are an agency it can take up to 2-3 weeks.
